Joanne is responsible for innovative ideas which focus on art to intellectually challenge, enhance employee satisfaction as well as support initiatives, encourage creative thinking and create an environment that everyone can appreciate.
Joanne is also passionate about fostering and preserving a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion through the arts. With research and philanthropic interests in cultural heritage management, cultural conservation, restoration, museology, archaeology, history and architecture,
With a BS/BM (International Business Management), MBA as well as MFA (Fine Arts/Museum Studies, Johns Hopkins University), she prides herself on her dedication and knowledge in preserving history and the cultural viewpoints while educating people – “why we celebrate” and “why we must NEVER forget”.
While, promoting diversity and inclusion in the art world is her strong suit, she also fights for conserving and bringing attention to the importance of memorials in our society.
